All Sales Are Final: - Our policy strictly prohibits returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
- All items offered in this auction are sold "AS IS", WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Your bid constitutes an agreement to purchase the item as described at your bid price. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a guarantee, warranty or representation. At Bravo Auctioneers, we encourage thorough examination and inquiry about items prior to bidding. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect, assess each item condition, authenticity, age, value or other factors and place bids accordingly. While we strive to accurately represent items in descriptions and advertising, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of these materials. Bravo Auctioneers has final authority over all sale transactions and decisions.
- Buyer's Premium and Fees:
- 15% Buyer's Premium added to final bid price of each item.
- 3% convenience fee on all credit card and debit card purchases
- Sales tax added when applicable, unless valid resale certificate provided
- All bidders agree to pay the Buyer's Premium, fees and taxes when purchasing.
Payment Terms
For Winning Bidders, All invoices will be sent to your email within 48 hours of auction closing.
Please make payment arrangements within 72 hours of invoice receipt, after 72 hours if no payment arrangement has been made, the credit or debit card provided and on file will be charged automatically.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Major Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover)
- For Local Pickup Only: Major Credit Cards, Cash, and approved Local Checks (under $300)
- The currency for all purchases are USD
- All Items being shipped are required to be paid for in full by credit card prior to shipment.
- For high-value purchases exceeding $5,000, Payment may be required via wire transfer or cashier's check.
- Should you choose to pay using a different credit card than the one we have on file, a fee of $10 will be added to your invoice for this change
- Non-Payment Policy:
- Any bidder who fails to pay will result in bidding privileges being revoked for future auctions. Bidder will be reported to bidding platforms and authorities, regardless of amount. We reserve the right to permanently prohibit violators of our terms and policies.
- Bidder Registration:
- To register for and participate in our auctions, you must register. (free to register) A valid credit card is required for bidding registration to ensure bidder validity. While it is free to register to bid, we do have a verification process of a dollar amount that is credit/debit to your card for verification purposes. Bravo Auctioneers LLC. reserves the right to approve or reject any bidder at our discretion.

- Registered bidders accept all responsibility to pay the purchase price, including buyers premium, convenience fee and applicable sales tax.

- Preview:
- Previews are available for each auction event, see auction details for preview information. Additional photographs and videos are available upon request. forward requests to Tim@Markhamauction.com at least 72 hours prior to auction closing.
- BIDS:
- Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. If an offering has a reserve, the auctioneer reserves the right to bid up to the reserve amount on behalf of the seller. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the buyer. In the event of a tied bid or dispute between bidders, Auctioneer has final discretion as to who is the winning bidder.
- Local Pick Up:
- Pay attention to pickup details within each auction.
- There will be a minimum of two pickup days for you to pickup your items.
- Bring along A PHOTO ID and PRINTED RECIEPT of PURCHASE
- IF you do not pickup your items on those designated days and no communication with Bravo Auctioneers, the items will revert back to Bravo Auctioneers ownership. No Refunds, No exceptions.
- Loading, transportation, and any required disassembly of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide tools for disassembly or assist with moving heavy objects. In some cases, we may require professionally licensed, bonded and insured movers to load out inventory that is deemed overly heavy for safety purposes.
- Liability: Buyers assume all risks associated with the removal, transportation, and use of purchased items. Bravo Auctioneers is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs at the auction site or as a result of the transportation or use of purchased items.
- Shipping:
- Shipping service is offered by Bravo Auctioneers LLC.
- Shipping is available on most items, some items are not eligible for shipping. Pay attention to Item description.
- Shipping will be a separate invoice from Shipping Saint.
- After conclusion of sale you will receive a communication from Shipping Saint to make shipping/local pickup arrangements.
- Shipping costs: postage, shipping materials, handling, insurance, and delivery confirmation are the responsibility of the buyer.
- All items shipped will be shipped will be insured at their purchase price at buyers expense. (no exceptions)
- All combined purchases with a value exceeding $300 will be shipped with signature confirmation at buyers expense.
- Shipping Costs are calculated post sale.
- Items may be packaged together to save on shipping costs.
- All Items being shipped are required to be paid for in full by credit card prior to shipment.
- Shipping Invoices must be paid with in 3 business days, failure to pay by deadline with no communication with Bravo Auctioneers may result in being blocked from future bidding. After 7 days your item will be forfeited, and ownership reverts to Bravo Auctioneers.
At Bravo Auctioneers, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and convenience. To ensure a smooth transaction and delivery process, please note our payment and shipping policies:
Payment: All items must be paid for in full using a credit card prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards for all transactions to provide secure and efficient processing.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is a separate invoice from shipping saint. Shipping costs must also be paid in full before any items are dispatched. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, value and destination of the item.
- Technical Issues: Bravo Auctioneers is not responsible for any interruptions, issues or failures related to the bidding platform, internet connectivity, or technical malfunctions that may affect the auction or bidding process. Bravo Auctioneers shall not be held accountable for any inability to submit bids resulting from internet disruptions, items closing ahead of schedule, or errors made by individuals. Should a technical problem arise as an auction is concluding, we reserve the right to Close, reopen and extend the auction duration to ensure a fair and complete bidding opportunity for all involved.
Amendments to Terms: Bravo Auctioneers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in our auctions following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All sales at Bravo Auctioneers auctions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Should any disputes arise from these auctions, they must be resolved within the jurisdiction of Iowa.
