All Sales Are Final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
- All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
- Bidders are encouraged to inspect and inquire about items before bidding.
- Bravo Auctioneers makes no guarantees regarding item descriptions or advertising accuracy.
- Final authority over sale transactions rests with Bravo Auctioneers.
Buyer's Premium and Fees
- 15% Buyer's Premium added to final bid price of each item.
- 3% convenience fee for credit/debit card purchases.
- Sales tax added when applicable (unless valid resale certificate provided).
- All bidders agree to pay Buyer's Premium, fees, and applicable taxes.
Payment Terms
- Invoices: Emailed within 48 hours of auction close.
- Payment Arrangement: Due within 72 hours of invoice receipt; otherwise, the card on file will be automatically charged.

- Major Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover)
- Local Pickup Only: Major Credit Cards, Cash, or approved Local Checks (under $300)
- Currency: USD
- High-Value Purchases: Purchases exceeding $5,000 may require wire transfer or cashier’s check.
- Alternative Card Fee: A $10 fee applies if using a different card than the one on file.
Non-Payment Policy
- Non-payment will result in revocation of bidding privileges and potential reporting to bidding platforms and authorities.
- Violators of our terms and policies may face permanent prohibition.
Bidder Registration
- Registration: Free, but requires a valid credit card for verification.
- Age Requirement: Bidders must be at least 18 years old.
- Responsibility: Registered bidders are responsible for the purchase price, including Buyer’s Premium, convenience fee, and applicable sales tax.
Preview
- Previews Available: See auction details for specific preview dates.
- Additional photos or videos are available upon request (email jennygehl@gmail.com at least 72 hours before auction close).
Bids
- Right to Reject: Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid.
- Reserve Bids: Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the seller to meet the reserve amount.
- Final Decision: Auctioneer has final discretion in cases of tied bids or disputes.
Local Pickup
- Location Details: Provided in each auction listing. (Bravo Auctioneers operates in Iowa and Wisconsin; check details carefully.)
- Pickup Days: Minimum of two pickup days.
- Requirements: Bring a photo ID and printed purchase receipt.
- Unclaimed Items: Items not picked up by designated days, with no prior communication, revert to Bravo Auctioneers ownership (no refunds).
- Loading and Transportation: Buyer responsibility, including disassembly if required. For heavy items, professional movers may be required.
Liability
- Buyers assume all risks associated with item removal, transportation, and use.
- Bravo Auctioneers is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during removal, transport, or use of purchased items.
Shipping
- Shipping Service Available: For most items (see item descriptions).
- Separate Invoice: Shipping is invoiced separately via Shipping Saint.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated based on postage, materials, handling, insurance, and confirmation, at the buyer’s expense.
- Insurance Requirement: All items shipped are insured at purchase price (no exceptions).
- Signature Confirmation: Required on combined purchases over $300.
- Shipping Payment: Due within 3 business days of invoicing; failure to pay may result in bidding restrictions or forfeiture of items.
Technical Issues
- Bravo Auctioneers is not responsible for technical disruptions, connectivity issues, or platform malfunctions that may affect bidding.
- If a technical issue arises near the auction’s end, we reserve the right to close, reopen, or extend the auction to ensure fair bidding opportunities.
Amendments to Terms
- Bravo Auctioneers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in our auctions following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Jurisdiction
- Governing Laws: All Bravo Auctioneers auctions are governed by Iowa state laws.
- Disputes: Must be resolved within the jurisdiction of Wisconsin.
